Came across this article this morning on a site i've newly discovered ... apparently BILL DEAGLE is somehow involved with interpreting this data ... didn't QUITE catch the precise connection (maybe this is Bill's site?!?). the article is interesting ... but the comments & discussion following it are AS or even MORE interesting imo. Lemme know what YA'LL think (the Gulf of Mexico has a lot of "sentimental value" to me ... so this is a PERSONAL ... not simply an "academic" issue for me.)

Life on this Earth Just Changed
The North Atlantic Current is Gone
The latest satellite data establishes that the North Atlantic Current (also called the North Atlantic Drift) no longer exists and along with it the Norway Current. These two warm water currents are actually part of the same system that has several names depending on where in the Atlantic Ocean it is. The entire system is a key part of the planet's heat regulatory system; it is what keeps Ireland and the United Kingdom mostly ice free and the Scandinavia countries from being too cold; it is what keeps the entire world from another Ice Age. This Thermohaline Circulation System is now dead in places and dying in others.
This 'river' of warm water that moves through the Atlantic Ocean is called, in various places, the South Atlantic Current, the North Brazil Current, the Caribbean Current, the Yucatan Current, the Loop Current, the Florida Current, the Gulf Stream, the North Atlantic Current (or North Atlantic Drift) and the Norway Current.

The thermohaline circulation is sometimes called the ocean conveyor belt, the great ocean conveyor, or the global conveyor belt.
It is a university level physics experiment to use a tub of cool water and inject a colored stream of warm water into it. You can see the boundary layers of the warm water stream. If you add oil to the tub it breaks down the boundary layers of the warm water stream and effectively destroys the current vorticity . This is what is happening in the Gulf of Mexico and in the Atlantic Ocean.
The entire 'river of warm water' that flows from the Caribbean to the edges of Western Europe is dying due to the Corexit that the Obama Administration allowed BP to use to hide the scale of the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Disaster. The approximately two million gallons of Corexit, plus several million gallons of other dispersants, have caused the over two hundred million gallons of crude oil, that has gushed for months from the BP wellhead and nearby sites, to mostly sink to the bottom of the ocean. This has helped to effectively hide much of the oil, with the hopes that BP can seriously reduce the mandated federal fines from the oil disaster. However, there is no current way to effectively 'clean up' the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico, which is about half covered in crude oil. Additionally, the oil has flowed up the East Coast of America and into the North Atlantic Ocean, and there is no way to effectively clean up this 'sea bottom oil'. It is likely, based on numerous reports, that the oil is still flowing in massive amounts from multiple places on the seabed floor. This effectively means, that even if we had the technology in place to somehow clean up the free flowing thick crude oil deep in the ocean, it would likely not be enough to reverse the damage to the Thermohaline Circulation System in the Atlantic Ocean.
Dr. Deagle: The evidence has come in from ROV video and other experts such as Matt Simmons, BK Lim, and Lindsay Williams and my own anonymous whistleblowers from inside the closed circle of Cameron Ironworks, Tranocean Marine , Oceaneering International. My source provided very solid info re the ROV analysis by Oceaneering engineers that the BOP Blow Out Preventer was 'modified' and never had hydraulics to close the BOP. BP knew that the field had dangerous high levels of methane, hydrogen sulphide, and pressures exceeded any valve technology as the current state of the art. The seeps continue along a fractured fault line from the Macondo well site where evidence presented by BK Lim that the only well of three that reached the abiotic batholith ocean of oil and gas was never capped or stopped and has continued to leak along the ocean floor and inject oil and gas and tar into the rock strata.
Dr Gianluigi Zangari PhD from the Frascati Institute is a Theoretical Physicist, who has worked for years with a collaborative network of scientists monitoring the Gulf of Mexico Loop Current and its contribution to the Thermohaline Current System that makes the Gulf Stream that becomes the North Atlantic Drift Current and subcurrents. After receiving a contact from a naval scientist via a regular guest on the NutriMedical Report national radio show, on Genesis Network, John Moore sent Dr. Deagle the info on Dr Zangari's work. Dr. Deagle contacted him by SKYPE and and within minutes was conversing by SKYPE to Italy with Dr Zangari re his serious analysis with data from six satellites of the May to June 12th 2010 dissolution of the Loop Current. Over the next few weeks to July 28th, with numerous interviews on The NutriMedical Report and LiveStream.com/TheNutriMedicalReportShow updates, final proof was provided that the Gulf Stream had been stopped cold at the 47th longitudinal parallel with a 10 degree Celsius ocean temperature drop, and loss of velocity and energy, so that the Gulf Stream was only able to be measured by satellite to less than one-third the way across the Atlantic ocean. As Dr Zangari stated, this is not the butterfly effect but the 'elephant effect', and with the amount of oil released, the natural system linked as the pacemaker to world climate for millions of years, this was now gone, replaced by an artificial system with a Gulf of Mexico by late July seven degrees Celsius above normals, and totally disconnected Loop Current from the Florida current that becomes the Gulf Stream. In his reported on June 12th 2010 in a journal article, the CCAR Colorado data agreed with the NOAA and US Naval Satellites data. This live satellite data map later altered on the CCAR servers, and he emailed that this was "to falsify" and he could not explain this fact logically. He returned to NOAA and US Naval data on the same and later dates and stated by early August that the CCAR data was no longer reliable and his conclusions was not changed in quality or quantity of the serious consequences. His conclusion that 'glaciation' at an unknown pace was inevitable from this disaster.
Almost a month ago, we broke the story that the Loop Current in the Gulf of Mexico had effectively died. We quoted Dr. Gianluizi Zangari, who first discovered the damage to the Thermohaline Circulation System:
"As displayed by both by the sea surface maps and the sea surface height maps, the Loop Current broke down for the first time around May 18th and generated a clock wise eddy, which is still active. As of today the situation has deteriorated up to the point in which the eddy has detached itself completely from the main stream therefore destroying completely the Loop Current. .."
"It is reasonable to foresee the threat that the breaking of [such] a crucial warm stream as the Loop Current may generate a chain reaction of unpredictable critical phenomena and instabilities due to strong non-linearities which may have serious consequences on the dynamics of the Gulf Stream thermoregulation activity of the Global Climate." —Dr. Gianluigi Zangari,
The massive amount of crude oil, ever expanding in volume and covering such an enormous area, has seriously affected the entire thermoregulation system of the planet, by breaking up the boundary layers of the warm water flow. The Loop Current in the Gulf of Mexico ceased to exist a month ago, the latest satellite data clearly shows that the North Atlantic Current is now GONE and the Gulf Stream begins to break apart approximately 250 miles from the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The Thermohaline Circulatory System, where the warm water current flows through a much cooler, much larger, ocean, effects the upper atmosphere above the current as much as seven miles high. The lack of this normal effect in the eastern North Atlantic has disrupted the normal flow of the atmospheric Jet Stream this summer, causing unheard of high temperatures in Moscow (104F) and drought, and flooding in Central Europe, with high temperatures in much of Asia and massive flooding in China, Pakistan, and elsewhere in Asia.

The most current data continues to show a dying of the entire Thermohaline Circulation System in the Atlantic Ocean. This is indicative of the fact that the dispersants have caused the oil to remain in place below the surface, and according to most reports remain in almost full amounts (up to 80%) long after the BP Oil Disaster began. Since there is no current way to remove this massive amount of free flowing oil below the sea at depths up to one mile deep, it is apt to continue to effect any natural recovery of the Thermohaline Circulation System.
So what does this mean? Violent mixing of the seasons, crop failures, and increased drought and floods in diverse places is now daily news since the April 20th 2010 BP Oil Volcano. They have killed the pacemaker of world climate in the worlds of Dr Zangari PhD. Dr Mike Coffman PhD geologist resource climatologist, and Dr Tim Ball PhD climatologist have confirmed that if this data is correct, that an ice age and massive climate shift with famine is now imminent. We are now seeing Russia stop all delivery of wheat crops on prior contracts, and most sources of staple food crops moving worldwide in a crisis of famine. The Gulf Stream and related currents are effectively DEAD. This should enrage the public and bring forth scientists to challenge and support the data and analysis, for the consequences to the civilization of mankind and ecological collapse have global consequence producing famine, death and massive population migration away from zones of advancing ice age and regions unfit for human habitation. Let us get the facts and call the corporate and government to task on these issues now or face worldwide catechisms of biblical proportions. We shall continue to report with new scientific experts on this most important disaster.
The 'process' of entering a new Ice Age could begin coming upon us in full force (rather like in the movie "The Day After Tomorrow") at any time, or it could take three to five year to fully play out with early glaciation beginning in North America and Europe and Asia this winter (both models have existed in the beginnings of different Ice Ages in Earth's past).

The Gulf Steam ~ link ~ The Gulf Stream is bigger than the combined flow of the Mississippi, the Nile, the Congo, the Amazon, the Volga, the Yangtze and many other major rivers of the world. The best technical estimate is that one hundred thousand million tons of warm salt water flow between Florida and the Bahamas every hour. At 235 gallons per ton, we have 235 x 1010 gallons per hour flowing between two and five miles per hour northward. This flow has been estimated to be about twenty times greater than all the fresh water in the world flowing into the oceans of the world from rain, rivers, and melting ice.
This great mass of flowing water, or energy, has no beginning or ending, for its waters flow continuously northward along our east coast then east across the North Atlantic to the coasts of Europe and the United Kingdom, where it turns south and flows along western Europe and Africa, before again turning westward across the South Atlantic to the Caribbean basin. Lake any large river, it has tributaries, counter currents and eddies.
This entire circulation is not called the Gulf Stream; only the portion that flows northward beginning in the Caribbean Islands and flows to the mid-Atlantic at the latitude of the North Sea is so named. There are many other names for the other segments.
How is it possible to have such a continuous source of energy that moves the estimated one hundred thousand million tons of water (100,000,000,000 [1010]) past Miami at the rate of two to five miles per hour? This is perhaps the greatest simple source of power in the world.
Simply explained, the earth rotates counter-clockwise, and the combination of the rotation and the viscous fluids, air and water, produces a pumping action that pushes the water of the South Atlantic westward. The atmosphere, resisting the world's rotation, produces what we call Trade Winds. Because the earth is spinning faster than the surrounding mantle of air, on the surface of the earth the winds blow from the east. Thus, the great expanse of water in the South Atlantic is pushed westward by both the earth's rotation and the less viscous air, until it is thrust against the land masses of Central and South America, and is forced to split into two streams--the Brazil Current, flowing south, and the Gulf Stream, flowing north, the Gulf Stream being greater of the two.
The volume of water returning from Europe and Africa has been calculated to be substantially less than the volume of water of the Gulf Stream between Miami and the Bahamas. Some of this increased volume is attributed to the funnel, or venture, effect, caused by the narrowing of the Gulf Stream between Miami, Bimini and Cat Cay, which increases the Gulf Stream's velocity and drags additional volumes of water along.
There are many doubts about who actually discovered the Gulf Stream. Credit is often given to Anto de Alaminos, the pilot for Ponce de Leon, who sailed to Florida in 1513. Benjamin Franklin has received credit for recognizing, publicizing and naming the current the Gulf Stream in 1770 (see exhibit #23). Walden Hoxton in 1735, however, had already charted and named the Stream, though his work was not published until a later date. Perhaps the discovery and naming of the Gulf Stream is a moot question, but to cartography it becomes important in tracing history, particularly in the Age of Exploration and Discovery of the New World.
From the available records, the title "Gulf Stream" was first used to identify the flowing waters off the southeast coast of Florida in 1768 or 1769 by William Gerand De Brahm, while in the employ of the British Government. In 1771, he requested the opportunity to publish a description of the waters of eastern Florida for the benefit of all ships sailing in these dangerous waters. Permission was granted and his work appeared in 1772. This publication, "The Atlantic Pilot," together with its charts, described the "Gulf Stream" and its flows and eddies. His information was derived from the data he had collected as the Surveyor General of the new colony of East Florida, and as Surveyor General of the newly created Southern District. Since he began to work in St. Augustine, Florida, in January of 1765, the assumption is that his material for the "Atlantic Pilot" was collected between this date and his request for publication in 1771. His research predated Franklin's, though he is not generally considered to have "discovered" the Gulf Stream. (See exhibit #21)
By the middle of the 18th Century, American ships sailing from England to America were completing the voyage as much as two weeks ahead of British Admiralty vessels making the same voyage, and England wanted to know why.
In 1786, Benjamin Franklin, who was then Postmaster General of the North American Colonies, was summoned to England to give a possible explanation. A cousin of Franklin's, a sea captain named Folger, accompanied him. Folger had had much experience sailing the American coastline for fish and whales. Testifying before the Admiralty, he described, by sketching, the flow of water along the coast and the effect this had on shipping. The British Admiralty dismissed his information as of little account, and continued to follow their own, established routes. The rejection of this information may have had a major influence on America's defeat of England during the Revolutionary War, because the information described by Captain Folger gave the American fleet an advantage. Benjamin Franklin published a map in 1770 showing the Gulf Stream. De Brahm's work and maps were published in 1772, although his research was done prior to 1770. Although their objectives were different, both reached substantially the same conclusion about the Gulf Stream.

if oil and methane are both flamable why couldnt somebody track where the oil is and burn it of course alot of it including the methane to take the oil and meathane out of the equation therefore normalizing the gulf stream, futhermore other scientist say even before the qulf spill that global warming was a hoax , talking about sun spots ,and global cooling way before this gulf spill, if ice age 2 is a cycle this was going to happen eather way ,google ice age, or global cooling

What will this achieve? It would be interesting to see what the assumed consequences would be. Sudden " ice age" or in " 3-5 years" is a bit vague. Maybe the simple fact is something is going to happen but the outcome is very much in flux right now?
Also, i would like you to consider weather weapons being used in certain areas, not nature doing it's thing.
The climate panel review will present it's report in New york today. It's time to bring this issue of "currents" up but with a lot more facts to back it up then what i have seen so far.

if this knowledge of the importance of the Gulf Stream has been in existence for hundreds of years, why would any nation have rights over the Gulf of Mexico over other countries? If the entire world would be effected by an "unbalance" in the Gulf of Mexico, it stands to reason that every country should have a say in what happens in the Gulf of Mexico! That being said, why would any decent person/company drill for oil or disturb any natural order of this fragile and important system to the world and humanity? The people/powers/companies responsible for creating this "eco-terrorism" to the earth's environment and to humanity must answer to humanity for their deeds. It is our responsibility to take care of nature, not destroy it.

I do appreciate Stirling's research and have been following this matter closely since his first posting on the Loop Current failing. Efforts to 'spread the word' and get more, better brains to work jointly on analysis have met with little interest. Perhaps this is a subject just too horrible to contemplate, even for seasoned conspiracy theorists.
Time will tell us (eventually) if the dire conclusions reached from analysis of charts, etc. is correct - but only from our own observations and putting it together, as the 'authorities' have every reason to hide this (staving off rope and pitchfork time). Not sure why others, less vested in keeping a lid on this, are not at least testing the waters (ugh, bad pun) of discussion.

firstly anonymous.. no legitimate scientist has ever once claimed that human caused global warming did not exist... only industry lobbyists with trumped up credentials have made any claim as such.. secondly... there is a far greater consequence to a loss of the gulf stream than the early onset of an ice age, which is not likely, and would really be the best possible outcome... the far greater danger comes from the ocean losing its ability to breath... if the gulf stream shuts down, the ocean stagnates.. like when someone accidentally unplugs the pump in your fish tank... effectively the whole of the worlds oceans become one continuous dead-zone.. where life as we know it cannot exist... the fish die, the plants die, and Anaerobic Sulfur Producing Bacteria begin to fill there place... then out of our ocean comes clouds of noxious gas, instead of the life sustaining oxygen now produced by the delicate balance of phytoplankton and other photosynthetic organisms... .. loss of ocean mixing does not mean ice age, it means much worse.. think mass Permian extinction.. loss of majority of species on earth.. no air to breath.. a stagnant sea... if anything is coming, thats it folks

I have quietly suspected that the oil spill would bring unidentified trouble. In the last several weeks, here in the mid-=west, we have seen temperatures range from the mid 50's to high 90's. Today, September 3, the temperature is in the mid-50 and it's been raining ( Seattle rain) for several months now. Unfortunately, I suspect, along with others, that if there is something to be done to alter the day of doom, we have eliminated that opportunity by establishing and maintaining a culture of disrepect and dis-honor for all on the planet including the planet itself. Contemplating domsday is difficult, however, I offer that we all step back, remember that we are of and from the Universe, and we are not afarid of the affects of the oil spill even if it means doomsday. Humans have occupied this earth for a short time, and maybe the time has come for us to go. If so, let us go in peace, stop blaiming Obama or BP or the Russians, or the Chinese, the Muslims, the Jews, the immigrants, the Catholics, the Mormans, the Black, Brown and Red humans, et.al. As we have been brave enough to bring bad karma to the human condition, now, let us be brave enough to face the consequences we brought forth with a peaceful thought for all. Maybe it's possible that some positive karma will adjust the gulf flow? But, warning Will Robinson, if we have missed the bullet today, it will return tomorrow if we return to our old ways.

Some of this "breakage" of the loop current happens periodically so don't get too worried yet. However, I've been watching Eddy Franklin since June and indeed he does not seem to have an inclination to reconnect to the Gulf Stream. Stay close to God and we'll just have to wait and see how this plays out. IMHO, the breakage of the Loop Current into an eddy was an act of God in that it has minimized the damage up the east coast.

The time for blame is over. The time for responsibility began many years ago and is almost over too. Karma ends when responsibility begins. Blame extends the life of Karma. We are in an era mandating the necessity for responsibility and we don’t seem to know the difference between blame and accountability. Therefore, we have collectively fallen FAR too short of the goal. Thus, the consequences of unbridled growth and greed shall be experienced by all.
The absence of responsibility leads to the absence of respect. And, the absence of respect IS the presence of shame. We are suffering from the cumulative effects of a massive amount of shame. I don't see anything changing enough in time to make any difference in the outcome that we will all experience.
There were many ways to create unity consciousness on this planet. We have unconsciously moved ourselves into the most undesirable expression of unity. Tragically, and sadly, we will unite in deep sadness and pain at the horrific loss of so much life on this planet. Those of us left to grieve will have the collective grief of all of humanity on our shoulders to process. Sadly, I foresee no other way.

Why is the normal picture of the gulf currents from 2004? That gives over 5 years that the changes in the current could have been degrading prior to the BP explosion. What is strange is that I think I remember the article saying that the Antartic ice is thicker than it has been for some time and only this week on the news in the UK they were expressing their concern over how quickly some of the ice down there is melting. But if the oil is bringing down the temperatures, do we now have to increase CO2 production to compensate?

Considering the Mayan calendar posited this time frame we are in as "the End Times", ergo not the end of life on Earth but rather, "the end of not remembering who we are", do you think perhaps we might wake up NOW? Quick-like? Here is our long-awaited, gifted opportunity. We are, after all, spiritual beings having a temporary experience in a material body; once we remember that, we can, and will lay claim to our unlimited power. From there it is entirely possible to create by CONSCIOUSLY manipulating energy. Humans already DO manipulate energy, but unconsciously)and this disaster i s a prime example. It isn't about BP or anyone else we feel like pointing fingers at, it's about you and me, Babe.
Sooooo....are we up yet for establishing the kind of world we DO WANT? Did I hear a resounding YES? Then we get busy on that rather than pretending we're victims, wringing our hands in the despair that energetically then materially merely creates more of the same old same old. This could or not become a major eco-weather disaster, the point is to keep getting more objective info. A request: it would be useful to see how the gulf stream current/A. conveyor was before BP oil spill. We need to see/monitor current in comparison with same month years before or normal current season to actual disrupted current. Where could we monitor that?

since this disaster, our state has suffered not only intensed heating but extremely poor air quality. Of course they won't tell us what's in the air to make it poor for breathing. It seemed 10 to 15 minutes you would hear an ambulance siren. One week was so bad, I could hear the sirens all day and night. The obit's was just crammed full to over flowing every day. This is a first for me.
Next is the extremely bizzar erratic weather patterns. More so than in previous years. We rarely have multiple twisters. But we do now. They have become all too common. And we are not even located in the midwest either. I have seen the archived hurricane path maps. But looking at the present patterns something is pushing the hurricanes around like a spinning top on a tiltable table. I believe the entire gulf region is generating some kind of air shield dome above it, and hurricanes simply flow around it.
Has the current died? I don't know. If you interrupt the flow will it effect the entire Atlantic ocean basin as well as the weather above it. Of course it would. Just keep an open eye out for massive fish kills over in Europe and Africa. That will be a sure sign.

I'm with everyone else who believes that serious crimes have been committed against our environment - and covered up - in regards to the gulf oil spill/release.
But I'm not ready to buy into Corexit as the cause of a new ice age. In reference to the example given in this post, with colored warm water in a tub when oil is added, I didn't see any reference to scale. if we're going to talk physics and not include a scale reference, we could just as easily be talking hocus pocus and fairy tales.
Here's why: The number of gallons of Corexit and other dispersants is somewhere in the neighborhood of 4 million gallons. In terms of volume that may sound like a lot, but when you contrast it with the 660 quadrillion gallons of water that comprise the Gulf of Mexico, you're now talking about one part of Corexit per 165 TRILLION parts of water. In raw numbers, that's 1:165,000,000,000.
To give you an idea, if you conducted a university experiment as described in the article using a 500 gallon tub of water, you would need to add 1/87,177 ml (yes - of one milliliter) of Corexit to the tub to simulate its effects in the Gulf of Mexico. Does anyone reading this think you would see any impact?
And remember, 1:165,000,000,000 is the ratio in the gulf. That ratio increases exponentially once you move out to the Atlantic Ocean.
So, while the impact of the oil spill and use of Corexit in the gulf is certainly criminal and an abomination against our environment, I wasn't born yesterday. When you look at the actual numbers (i.e. when you look at reality) in terms of overall scale, the amount of Corexit that has been dispersed is practically immeasurable, for all intents and purposes. If applied physics has any value, there is virtually no percentage of chance that the mismanagement of Corexit in the gulf can have an impact on global temperature.
Another way to look at this is the Gulf Stream. When the Gulf Stream passes through the Florida Straits it's moving 7.92 billion gallons of water per SECOND. That means that if the highest possible concentration of Corexit (all 4 million gallons) were to pass through the Gulf Stream in a single second, the Corexit material would comprise 1/1980 of the flow. Is that scale of interruption – the maximum possible level, with a duration of one second –enough to throw the world into an ice age? Really?
Clearly I haven't debunked fully that possibility, but I hope that I've demonstrated that the university temperature experiment has virtually no value as an example. Using it is like telling the world that they might freeze to death because one sheep farm in Idaho has lost its herd. According to real numbers, Corexit alone wouldn't even create a blip on the measurement of Gulf Stream temperatures - even if all of the Corexit were concentrated into one lump as it moved north into the Atlantic.
If there truly is a drop in Gulf Stream temperature, someone's going to have to try again if they want to link it to the environmental crimes that occurred as a result of the gulf oil spill. From a physics perspective, it cannot possibly be due to Corexit.

The winter has already hit the UK -- temperatures there are 10 to 15 degrees colder than usual, and frosts are coming even before the trees have lost their leaves. Animals have stripped the urban areas of any available food, and country animals, such as foxes, are beginning to roam into cities to hunt down what they can.
It is likely that dogs and cats will be the first victimes, snatched and eaten as they are let out to excercise.

Besides the oil spill possibility, the gulf stream has been slowing down due to global warming. As the warm current reaches the north pole it is suppose to freeze and sink however global warming has caused less cooling. Hence slowing the gyres. Melting of glaciers\sea ice has also reduced the salinity (salt content) in the water making it less heavy and less likely to sink.
Also because the pressure gradient between the north pole and the equator has dropped the gyres have also slowed. The volcano in iceland did not help by releasing huge amount's of carbon.
Perhaps the oil+despersents were the nail in the coffin? Very hard to say. This article and its data is no way a sure proof. The currents breakup and reverse every now and then naturally.

Re one of the last comments detailing the situation in the UK, I contacted a relative living there and they replied:
"I can confirm it is cold here. I do not know if the temperatures are really 10 to 15 degrees colder than usual. This morning it was 10 degrees when I left home. September has up to now had pleasant days and cold days, no heat waves or very hot weather, no frost yet in my area. I cannot speak for other regions within the UK, but although I do not look at the UK weather forecast every day, I have not heard anything about frost anywhere yet. The comment about the foxes is probably related to the fact that a fox entered a house and attacked a baby a few months ago. To be honest I have seen very few foxes in [...] recently and seen very many dead ones on the [a motorway] area, probably related to all the road works around there.
All in all, I would take the below paragraph statement with a pinch of salt..."

The month of September here in Arizona has been unusually hot. One or two weekends ago it was 115 degrees F or so. Usually, it starts going under 105 at the start of September, but 90 to 100 are the highs in the second half of September (during the day). It has been hot for us here.

I don't know how reliable this information is in regards to the BP oil spill, but one thing is for sure. The loop current in the GoM is in fact detached from the main current and shows no early signs of reconnecting. More study will have to be done this for sure. For instance, what effects do la ninas and el ninos have on the loop current? Can a disruption of the loop current in fact cause the ocean conveyor belt to slow/shut down? There are way too many unknowns about this recent development. To compare this too "The Day After Tomorrow" is a little alarmist not to mention childish. Remember we are talking about possible climate here as the outcome. Climatology by definition is the study of weather patterns over sizable period of time.
I am not arguing against abrupt climate change as I believe it CAN happen given the right circumstances, but we need more time and data on this one folks.
One thing that does worry me, is no one is really talking about this leaving the assumption that the govn't does not want people know what is happening and what could be the results of such an outcome. This will lead to less study on the subject which will create more speculation over the short term.

But this is astouding. Though I could see from the first couple months that this will be a major end-time wound to the planet, this development is truly shocking to me. But it makes all the sense in the world.
I'm glad you responded to that Elihu who misconstrued your example, having missed the point you were making, as he constructed his own straw man to beat up in the public eye - to exalt himself, little doubt. I was thinking to respond to him(?), when I saw you had.
At any rate, I thank you deeply for taking the nerve to reveal these things; I'm fairly confident it is a move on the part of the 'new world order'-ists, to radically diminish the world population as quickly as possible. As they play the bumbling fools and bumpkins, no one stands in their way, busy pointing fingers at these pawns in the front row - mere puppets on the strings of their marionettes: Judases who sold their souls for God-knows-what; neither will they enjoy their ill-gotten gains any more than Judas did, when their eyes are opened to what they've really done; and when thy find themselves being ground to mush in the grinder they intended for those who they imagined their inferiors.

The North Atlantic Current is Gone
The latest satellite data establishes that the North Atlantic Current (also called the North Atlantic Drift) no longer exists and along with it the Norway Current. These two warm water currents are actually part of the same system that has several names depending on where in the Atlantic Ocean it is. The entire system is a key part of the planet's heat regulatory system; it is what keeps Ireland and the United Kingdom mostly ice free and the Scandinavia countries from being too cold; it is what keeps the entire world from another Ice Age. This Thermohaline Circulation System is now dead in places and dying in others.
This 'river' of warm water that moves through the Atlantic Ocean is called, in various places, the South Atlantic Current, the North Brazil Current, the Caribbean Current, the Yucatan Current, the Loop Current, the Florida Current, the Gulf Stream, the North Atlantic Current (or North Atlantic Drift) and the Norway Current.

The thermohaline circulation is sometimes called the ocean conveyor belt, the great ocean conveyor, or the global conveyor belt.
It is a university level physics experiment to use a tub of cool water and inject a colored stream of warm water into it. You can see the boundary layers of the warm water stream. If you add oil to the tub it breaks down the boundary layers of the warm water stream and effectively destroys the current vorticity . This is what is happening in the Gulf of Mexico and in the Atlantic Ocean.
The entire 'river of warm water' that flows from the Caribbean to the edges of Western Europe is dying due to the Corexit that the Obama Administration allowed BP to use to hide the scale of the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Disaster. The approximately two million gallons of Corexit, plus several million gallons of other dispersants, have caused the over two hundred million gallons of crude oil, that has gushed for months from the BP wellhead and nearby sites, to mostly sink to the bottom of the ocean. This has helped to effectively hide much of the oil, with the hopes that BP can seriously reduce the mandated federal fines from the oil disaster. However, there is no current way to effectively 'clean up' the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico, which is about half covered in crude oil. Additionally, the oil has flowed up the East Coast of America and into the North Atlantic Ocean, and there is no way to effectively clean up this 'sea bottom oil'. It is likely, based on numerous reports, that the oil is still flowing in massive amounts from multiple places on the seabed floor. This effectively means, that even if we had the technology in place to somehow clean up the free flowing thick crude oil deep in the ocean, it would likely not be enough to reverse the damage to the Thermohaline Circulation System in the Atlantic Ocean.
Dr. Deagle: The evidence has come in from ROV video and other experts such as Matt Simmons, BK Lim, and Lindsay Williams and my own anonymous whistleblowers from inside the closed circle of Cameron Ironworks, Tranocean Marine , Oceaneering International. My source provided very solid info re the ROV analysis by Oceaneering engineers that the BOP Blow Out Preventer was 'modified' and never had hydraulics to close the BOP. BP knew that the field had dangerous high levels of methane, hydrogen sulphide, and pressures exceeded any valve technology as the current state of the art. The seeps continue along a fractured fault line from the Macondo well site where evidence presented by BK Lim that the only well of three that reached the abiotic batholith ocean of oil and gas was never capped or stopped and has continued to leak along the ocean floor and inject oil and gas and tar into the rock strata.
Dr Gianluigi Zangari PhD from the Frascati Institute is a Theoretical Physicist, who has worked for years with a collaborative network of scientists monitoring the Gulf of Mexico Loop Current and its contribution to the Thermohaline Current System that makes the Gulf Stream that becomes the North Atlantic Drift Current and subcurrents. After receiving a contact from a naval scientist via a regular guest on the NutriMedical Report national radio show, on Genesis Network, John Moore sent Dr. Deagle the info on Dr Zangari's work. Dr. Deagle contacted him by SKYPE and and within minutes was conversing by SKYPE to Italy with Dr Zangari re his serious analysis with data from six satellites of the May to June 12th 2010 dissolution of the Loop Current. Over the next few weeks to July 28th, with numerous interviews on The NutriMedical Report and LiveStream.com/TheNutriMedicalReportShow updates, final proof was provided that the Gulf Stream had been stopped cold at the 47th longitudinal parallel with a 10 degree Celsius ocean temperature drop, and loss of velocity and energy, so that the Gulf Stream was only able to be measured by satellite to less than one-third the way across the Atlantic ocean. As Dr Zangari stated, this is not the butterfly effect but the 'elephant effect', and with the amount of oil released, the natural system linked as the pacemaker to world climate for millions of years, this was now gone, replaced by an artificial system with a Gulf of Mexico by late July seven degrees Celsius above normals, and totally disconnected Loop Current from the Florida current that becomes the Gulf Stream. In his reported on June 12th 2010 in a journal article, the CCAR Colorado data agreed with the NOAA and US Naval Satellites data. This live satellite data map later altered on the CCAR servers, and he emailed that this was "to falsify" and he could not explain this fact logically. He returned to NOAA and US Naval data on the same and later dates and stated by early August that the CCAR data was no longer reliable and his conclusions was not changed in quality or quantity of the serious consequences. His conclusion that 'glaciation' at an unknown pace was inevitable from this disaster.
Almost a month ago, we broke the story that the Loop Current in the Gulf of Mexico had effectively died. We quoted Dr. Gianluizi Zangari, who first discovered the damage to the Thermohaline Circulation System:
"As displayed by both by the sea surface maps and the sea surface height maps, the Loop Current broke down for the first time around May 18th and generated a clock wise eddy, which is still active. As of today the situation has deteriorated up to the point in which the eddy has detached itself completely from the main stream therefore destroying completely the Loop Current. .."
"It is reasonable to foresee the threat that the breaking of [such] a crucial warm stream as the Loop Current may generate a chain reaction of unpredictable critical phenomena and instabilities due to strong non-linearities which may have serious consequences on the dynamics of the Gulf Stream thermoregulation activity of the Global Climate." —Dr. Gianluigi Zangari,
The massive amount of crude oil, ever expanding in volume and covering such an enormous area, has seriously affected the entire thermoregulation system of the planet, by breaking up the boundary layers of the warm water flow. The Loop Current in the Gulf of Mexico ceased to exist a month ago, the latest satellite data clearly shows that the North Atlantic Current is now GONE and the Gulf Stream begins to break apart approximately 250 miles from the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The Thermohaline Circulatory System, where the warm water current flows through a much cooler, much larger, ocean, effects the upper atmosphere above the current as much as seven miles high. The lack of this normal effect in the eastern North Atlantic has disrupted the normal flow of the atmospheric Jet Stream this summer, causing unheard of high temperatures in Moscow (104F) and drought, and flooding in Central Europe, with high temperatures in much of Asia and massive flooding in China, Pakistan, and elsewhere in Asia.

The most current data continues to show a dying of the entire Thermohaline Circulation System in the Atlantic Ocean. This is indicative of the fact that the dispersants have caused the oil to remain in place below the surface, and according to most reports remain in almost full amounts (up to 80%) long after the BP Oil Disaster began. Since there is no current way to remove this massive amount of free flowing oil below the sea at depths up to one mile deep, it is apt to continue to effect any natural recovery of the Thermohaline Circulation System.
So what does this mean? Violent mixing of the seasons, crop failures, and increased drought and floods in diverse places is now daily news since the April 20th 2010 BP Oil Volcano. They have killed the pacemaker of world climate in the worlds of Dr Zangari PhD. Dr Mike Coffman PhD geologist resource climatologist, and Dr Tim Ball PhD climatologist have confirmed that if this data is correct, that an ice age and massive climate shift with famine is now imminent. We are now seeing Russia stop all delivery of wheat crops on prior contracts, and most sources of staple food crops moving worldwide in a crisis of famine. The Gulf Stream and related currents are effectively DEAD. This should enrage the public and bring forth scientists to challenge and support the data and analysis, for the consequences to the civilization of mankind and ecological collapse have global consequence producing famine, death and massive population migration away from zones of advancing ice age and regions unfit for human habitation. Let us get the facts and call the corporate and government to task on these issues now or face worldwide catechisms of biblical proportions. We shall continue to report with new scientific experts on this most important disaster.
The 'process' of entering a new Ice Age could begin coming upon us in full force (rather like in the movie "The Day After Tomorrow") at any time, or it could take three to five year to fully play out with early glaciation beginning in North America and Europe and Asia this winter (both models have existed in the beginnings of different Ice Ages in Earth's past).

A new Ice Age, could kill 2/3 of the human race in the first year in a rapid onset; a slower onset would likely kill close to this number but simply take a handful of years.! The Gulf Steam ~ link ~ The Gulf Stream is bigger than the combined flow of the Mississippi, the Nile, the Congo, the Amazon, the Volga, the Yangtze and many other major rivers of the world. The best technical estimate is that one hundred thousand million tons of warm salt water flow between Florida and the Bahamas every hour. At 235 gallons per ton, we have 235 x 1010 gallons per hour flowing between two and five miles per hour northward. This flow has been estimated to be about twenty times greater than all the fresh water in the world flowing into the oceans of the world from rain, rivers, and melting ice.
This great mass of flowing water, or energy, has no beginning or ending, for its waters flow continuously northward along our east coast then east across the North Atlantic to the coasts of Europe and the United Kingdom, where it turns south and flows along western Europe and Africa, before again turning westward across the South Atlantic to the Caribbean basin. Lake any large river, it has tributaries, counter currents and eddies.
This entire circulation is not called the Gulf Stream; only the portion that flows northward beginning in the Caribbean Islands and flows to the mid-Atlantic at the latitude of the North Sea is so named. There are many other names for the other segments.
How is it possible to have such a continuous source of energy that moves the estimated one hundred thousand million tons of water (100,000,000,000 [1010]) past Miami at the rate of two to five miles per hour? This is perhaps the greatest simple source of power in the world.
Simply explained, the earth rotates counter-clockwise, and the combination of the rotation and the viscous fluids, air and water, produces a pumping action that pushes the water of the South Atlantic westward. The atmosphere, resisting the world's rotation, produces what we call Trade Winds. Because the earth is spinning faster than the surrounding mantle of air, on the surface of the earth the winds blow from the east. Thus, the great expanse of water in the South Atlantic is pushed westward by both the earth's rotation and the less viscous air, until it is thrust against the land masses of Central and South America, and is forced to split into two streams--the Brazil Current, flowing south, and the Gulf Stream, flowing north, the Gulf Stream being greater of the two.
The volume of water returning from Europe and Africa has been calculated to be substantially less than the volume of water of the Gulf Stream between Miami and the Bahamas. Some of this increased volume is attributed to the funnel, or venture, effect, caused by the narrowing of the Gulf Stream between Miami, Bimini and Cat Cay, which increases the Gulf Stream's velocity and drags additional volumes of water along.
There are many doubts about who actually discovered the Gulf Stream. Credit is often given to Anto de Alaminos, the pilot for Ponce de Leon, who sailed to Florida in 1513. Benjamin Franklin has received credit for recognizing, publicizing and naming the current the Gulf Stream in 1770 (see exhibit #23). Walden Hoxton in 1735, however, had already charted and named the Stream, though his work was not published until a later date. Perhaps the discovery and naming of the Gulf Stream is a moot question, but to cartography it becomes important in tracing history, particularly in the Age of Exploration and Discovery of the New World.
From the available records, the title "Gulf Stream" was first used to identify the flowing waters off the southeast coast of Florida in 1768 or 1769 by William Gerand De Brahm, while in the employ of the British Government. In 1771, he requested the opportunity to publish a description of the waters of eastern Florida for the benefit of all ships sailing in these dangerous waters. Permission was granted and his work appeared in 1772. This publication, "The Atlantic Pilot," together with its charts, described the "Gulf Stream" and its flows and eddies. His information was derived from the data he had collected as the Surveyor General of the new colony of East Florida, and as Surveyor General of the newly created Southern District. Since he began to work in St. Augustine, Florida, in January of 1765, the assumption is that his material for the "Atlantic Pilot" was collected between this date and his request for publication in 1771. His research predated Franklin's, though he is not generally considered to have "discovered" the Gulf Stream. (See exhibit #21)
By the middle of the 18th Century, American ships sailing from England to America were completing the voyage as much as two weeks ahead of British Admiralty vessels making the same voyage, and England wanted to know why.
In 1786, Benjamin Franklin, who was then Postmaster General of the North American Colonies, was summoned to England to give a possible explanation. A cousin of Franklin's, a sea captain named Folger, accompanied him. Folger had had much experience sailing the American coastline for fish and whales. Testifying before the Admiralty, he described, by sketching, the flow of water along the coast and the effect this had on shipping. The British Admiralty dismissed his information as of little account, and continued to follow their own, established routes. The rejection of this information may have had a major influence on America's defeat of England during the Revolutionary War, because the information described by Captain Folger gave the American fleet an advantage. Benjamin Franklin published a map in 1770 showing the Gulf Stream. De Brahm's work and maps were published in 1772, although his research was done prior to 1770. Although their objectives were different, both reached substantially the same conclusion about the Gulf Stream.

if oil and methane are both flamable why couldnt somebody track where the oil is and burn it of course alot of it including the methane to take the oil and meathane out of the equation therefore normalizing the gulf stream, futhermore other scientist say even before the qulf spill that global warming was a hoax , talking about sun spots ,and global cooling way before this gulf spill, if ice age 2 is a cycle this was going to happen eather way ,google ice age, or global cooling

What will this achieve? It would be interesting to see what the assumed consequences would be. Sudden " ice age" or in " 3-5 years" is a bit vague. Maybe the simple fact is something is going to happen but the outcome is very much in flux right now?
Also, i would like you to consider weather weapons being used in certain areas, not nature doing it's thing.
The climate panel review will present it's report in New york today. It's time to bring this issue of "currents" up but with a lot more facts to back it up then what i have seen so far.

if this knowledge of the importance of the Gulf Stream has been in existence for hundreds of years, why would any nation have rights over the Gulf of Mexico over other countries? If the entire world would be effected by an "unbalance" in the Gulf of Mexico, it stands to reason that every country should have a say in what happens in the Gulf of Mexico! That being said, why would any decent person/company drill for oil or disturb any natural order of this fragile and important system to the world and humanity? The people/powers/companies responsible for creating this "eco-terrorism" to the earth's environment and to humanity must answer to humanity for their deeds. It is our responsibility to take care of nature, not destroy it.

I do appreciate Stirling's research and have been following this matter closely since his first posting on the Loop Current failing. Efforts to 'spread the word' and get more, better brains to work jointly on analysis have met with little interest. Perhaps this is a subject just too horrible to contemplate, even for seasoned conspiracy theorists.
Time will tell us (eventually) if the dire conclusions reached from analysis of charts, etc. is correct - but only from our own observations and putting it together, as the 'authorities' have every reason to hide this (staving off rope and pitchfork time). Not sure why others, less vested in keeping a lid on this, are not at least testing the waters (ugh, bad pun) of discussion.

Unfortunately, I suspect, along with others, that if there is something to be done to alter the day of doom, we have eliminated that opportunity by establishing and maintaining a culture of disrepect and dis-honor for all on the planet including the planet itself. Contemplating domsday is difficult, however, I offer that we all step back, remember that we are of and from the Universe, and we are not afarid of the affects of the oil spill even if it means doomsday. Humans have occupied this earth for a short time, and maybe the time has come for us to go. If so, let us go in peace, stop blaiming Obama or BP or the Russians, or the Chinese, the Muslims, the Jews, the immigrants, the Catholics, the Mormans, the Black, Brown and Red humans, et.al. As we have been brave enough to bring bad karma to the human condition, now, let us be brave enough to face the consequences we brought forth with a peaceful thought for all. Some of this "breakage" of the loop current happens periodically so don't get too worried yet. However, I've been watching Eddy Franklin since June and indeed he does not seem to have an inclination to reconnect to the Gulf Stream. Stay close to God and we'll just have to wait and see how this plays out. IMHO, the breakage of the Loop Current into an eddy was an act of God in that it has minimized the damage up the east coast.

The time for blame is over. The time for responsibility began many years ago and is almost over too. Karma ends when responsibility begins. Blame extends the life of Karma. We are in an era mandating the necessity for responsibility and we don’t seem to know the difference between blame and accountability. Therefore, we have collectively fallen FAR too short of the goal. Thus, the consequences of unbridled growth and greed shall be experienced by all.
The absence of responsibility leads to the absence of respect. And, the absence of respect IS the presence of shame. We are suffering from the cumulative effects of a massive amount of shame. I don't see anything changing enough in time to make any difference in the outcome that we will all experience.
There were many ways to create unity consciousness on this planet. We have unconsciously moved ourselves into the most undesirable expression of unity. Tragically, and sadly, we will unite in deep sadness and pain at the horrific loss of so much life on this planet. Those of us left to grieve will have the collective grief of all of humanity on our shoulders to process. Sadly, I foresee no other way.

Why is the normal picture of the gulf currents from 2004? That gives over 5 years that the changes in the current could have been degrading prior to the BP explosion. What is strange is that I think I remember the article saying that the Antartic ice is thicker than it has been for some time and only this week on the news in the UK they were expressing their concern over how quickly some of the ice down there is melting. But if the oil is bringing down the temperatures, do we now have to increase CO2 production to compensate?

since this disaster, our state has suffered not only intensed heating but extremely poor air quality. Of course they won't tell us what's in the air to make it poor for breathing. It seemed 10 to 15 minutes you would hear an ambulance siren. One week was so bad, I could hear the sirens all day and night. The obit's was just crammed full to over flowing every day. This is a first for me.
Next is the extremely bizzar erratic weather patterns. More so than in previous years. We rarely have multiple twisters. But we do now. They have become all too common. And we are not even located in the midwest either. I have seen the archived hurricane path maps. But looking at the present patterns something is pushing the hurricanes around like a spinning top on a tiltable table. I believe the entire gulf region is generating some kind of air shield dome above it, and hurricanes simply flow around it.
Has the current died? I don't know. If you interrupt the flow will it effect the entire Atlantic ocean basin as well as the weather above it. Of course it would. Just keep an open eye out for massive fish kills over in Europe and Africa. That will be a sure sign.

I'm with everyone else who believes that serious crimes have been committed against our environment - and covered up - in regards to the gulf oil spill/release.
But I'm not ready to buy into Corexit as the cause of a new ice age. In reference to the example given in this post, with colored warm water in a tub when oil is added, I didn't see any reference to scale. if we're going to talk physics and not include a scale reference, we could just as easily be talking hocus pocus and fairy tales.
Here's why: The number of gallons of Corexit and other dispersants is somewhere in the neighborhood of 4 million gallons. In terms of volume that may sound like a lot, but when you contrast it with the 660 quadrillion gallons of water that comprise the Gulf of Mexico, you're now talking about one part of Corexit per 165 TRILLION parts of water. In raw numbers, that's 1:165,000,000,000.
To give you an idea, if you conducted a university experiment as described in the article using a 500 gallon tub of water, you would need to add 1/87,177 ml (yes - of one milliliter) of Corexit to the tub to simulate its effects in the Gulf of Mexico. Does anyone reading this think you would see any impact?
And remember, 1:165,000,000,000 is the ratio in the gulf. That ratio increases exponentially once you move out to the Atlantic Ocean.
So, while the impact of the oil spill and use of Corexit in the gulf is certainly criminal and an abomination against our environment, I wasn't born yesterday. When you look at the actual numbers (i.e. when you look at reality) in terms of overall scale, the amount of Corexit that has been dispersed is practically immeasurable, for all intents and purposes. If applied physics has any value, there is virtually no percentage of chance that the mismanagement of Corexit in the gulf can have an impact on global temperature.
Another way to look at this is the Gulf Stream. When the Gulf Stream passes through the Florida Straits it's moving 7.92 billion gallons of water per SECOND. That means that if the highest possible concentration of Corexit (all 4 million gallons) were to pass through the Gulf Stream in a single second, the Corexit material would comprise 1/1980 of the flow. Is that scale of interruption – the maximum possible level, with a duration of one second –enough to throw the world into an ice age? Really?
Clearly I haven't debunked fully that possibility, but I hope that I've demonstrated that the university temperature experiment has virtually no value as an example. Using it is like telling the world that they might freeze to death because one sheep farm in Idaho has lost its herd. According to real numbers, Corexit alone wouldn't even create a blip on the measurement of Gulf Stream temperatures - even if all of the Corexit were concentrated into one lump as it moved north into the Atlantic.
If there truly is a drop in Gulf Stream temperature, someone's going to have to try again if they want to link it to the environmental crimes that occurred as a result of the gulf oil spill. From a physics perspective, it cannot possibly be due to Corexit.

In response to the most recent post, re: Corexit could not cause the current to die, you have missed what I said. Corexit caused about 80% of the oil to drop below the surface of the ocean. It is the oil that causes the problem directly, and the oil is there in vast amounts.

The winter has already hit the UK -- temperatures there are 10 to 15 degrees colder than usual, and frosts are coming even before the trees have lost their leaves. Animals have stripped the urban areas of any available food, and country animals, such as foxes, are beginning to roam into cities to hunt down what they can.
It is likely that dogs and cats will be the first victimes, snatched and eaten as they are let out to excercise.

Besides the oil spill possibility, the gulf stream has been slowing down due to global warming. As the warm current reaches the north pole it is suppose to freeze and sink however global warming has caused less cooling. Hence slowing the gyres. Melting of glaciers\sea ice has also reduced the salinity (salt content) in the water making it less heavy and less likely to sink.
Also because the pressure gradient between the north pole and the equator has dropped the gyres have also slowed. The volcano in iceland did not help by releasing huge amount's of carbon.
Perhaps the oil+despersents were the nail in the coffin? Very hard to say. This article and its data is no way a sure proof. The currents breakup and reverse every now and then naturally.

Re one of the last comments detailing the situation in the UK, I contacted a relative living there and they replied:
"I can confirm it is cold here. I do not know if the temperatures are really 10 to 15 degrees colder than usual. This morning it was 10 degrees when I left home. September has up to now had pleasant days and cold days, no heat waves or very hot weather, no frost yet in my area. I cannot speak for other regions within the UK, but although I do not look at the UK weather forecast every day, I have not heard anything about frost anywhere yet. The comment about the foxes is probably related to the fact that a fox entered a house and attacked a baby a few months ago. To be honest I have seen very few foxes in [...] recently and seen very many dead ones on the [a motorway] area, probably related to all the road works around there.
All in all, I would take the below paragraph statement with a pinch of salt..."

The month of September here in Arizona has been unusually hot. One or two weekends ago it was 115 degrees F or so. Usually, it starts going under 105 at the start of September, but 90 to 100 are the highs in the second half of September (during the day). It has been hot for us here.

I don't know how reliable this information is in regards to the BP oil spill, but one thing is for sure. The loop current in the GoM is in fact detached from the main current and shows no early signs of reconnecting. More study will have to be done this for sure. For instance, what effects do la ninas and el ninos have on the loop current? Can a disruption of the loop current in fact cause the ocean conveyor belt to slow/shut down? There are way too many unknowns about this recent development. To compare this too "The Day After Tomorrow" is a little alarmist not to mention childish. Remember we are talking about possible climate here as the outcome. Climatology by definition is the study of weather patterns over sizable period of time.
I am not arguing against abrupt climate change as I believe it CAN happen given the right circumstances, but we need more time and data on this one folks.
One thing that does worry me, is no one is really talking about this leaving the assumption that the govn't does not want people know what is happening and what could be the results of such an outcome. This will lead to less study on the subject which will create more speculation over the short term.

But this is astouding. Though I could see from the first couple months that this will be a major end-time wound to the planet, this development is truly shocking to me. But it makes all the sense in the world.
I'm glad you responded to that Elihu who misconstrued your example, having missed the point you were making, as he constructed his own straw man to beat up in the public eye - to exalt himself, little doubt. I was thinking to respond to him(?), when I saw you had.
At any rate, I thank you deeply for taking the nerve to reveal these things; I'm fairly confident it is a move on the part of the 'new world order'-ists, to radically diminish the world population as quickly as possible. As they play the bumbling fools and bumpkins, no one stands in their way, busy pointing fingers at these pawns in the front row - mere puppets on the strings of their marionettes: Judases who sold their souls for God-knows-what; neither will they enjoy their ill-gotten gains any more than Judas did, when their eyes are opened to what they've really done; and when thy find themselves being ground to mush in the grinder they intended for those who they imagined their inferiors.
Through such machinations they will hasten in the events of the 13th chapter of Revelation in the Holy Bible, and the 38th and 39th chapters of Ezekiel. Through starvation etc, people will desperately obey the earthly powers that demand implicit obedience (worship) contrary to God's commandments.
